Blink and Major Version not on the CPUSE except JHF Take 130

Hi All,

My Azure CloudGuard Firewall - R81.10 is not showing the Blink and Major version of R81.20 on the CPUSE. I tried check for update but still nothing except or the JHF Take 130.

Any idea why the Blink and Major version R81.20 not showing up? Or do I have to install the JHF Take 130 first before it will appear?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I think this might be related to your recent post about upgrade to R81.20, correct? If so, I am pretty sure you would need to download the image from the sk given and once uploaded, install it that way. I could be mistaken when I say that, but thats exactly what guy from Professional services team had my colleague and I do on mgmt server back few months ago, since back upgrade was not possible on the gateways.

Yes, its related to that. I have downloaded and Upload to the Firewall now ready to be upgraded.
