uninstall check point endpoint

hello everybody

I did have a checkpoint console 3 year ago. I have uninstall the console the last year.

I have a team that stayed with the agent and would like to remove it It asks me for a password, I remember it was "secret" for the uninstallation, but it tells me that this is not the password. What else can I do to remove the agent. It is a critical team and restoration would be the last option you want to take. I have already entered safe mode and deleted the check point folders, just as in root I already deleted the files, but even so it does not let me uninstall.

Not n endpoint expert by any means, but maybe cpclean may help?

What do you get when you try cpclean? Can you share the screenshot?
