high CPU with Endpoint on Terminal- or Citrixserver

We are running the Endpoint client on Microsoft’s Terminialserver and Citrix-Terminalserver. With the client installed the servers slow down and we saw high CPU utilization. Are there any suggestion for exceptions or anything else to solve the utilization problem ?

Did you install the Harmony Agent as described in the SK: Deploying the Harmony Endpoint Client on a Terminal Server / Remote Desktop Service (checkpoint.com)

Had the same issues on any kind of terminal servers
