endpoint for mac client install fail

hello

        Could you tell me what causes this error? thanks

The package must be imported into SmartEndpoint then exported as described in the admin guide: 

E80.64 Endpoint Security VPN for Mac Administration Guide

If you simply install the above file without that procedure, I would expect to see an error similar to what you're seeing.
