access to exclusions of "EndPoint for Server Optimization" not possible

Optimizing the Harmony Endpoint Security Client for Servers (checkpoint.com) shows the availability of the server profiles.

Ther's a reference to sk180329 with a detailed description of the exclusion. But this sk ist not available to me with  message

"To view this solution, higher access level is required." 

This sk article is only available for internal use or maybe the reference goes wrong ?
