The smartcard is not defined in the preboot
Hi all!
I set up the usb token authentication in the console. We use RuToken. When the preboot is loaded, I plug in the usb token, but it is not recognized in the preboot. I go to preboot by login and password, then in windows I can go by this usb token. I found the following errors in cpinfo:
20210309 165623+0300 I TokenDetector VendorId: 0413c, ProductId: 081d7
20210309 165623+0300 I TokenDetector Type Smartcard Reader with VID_413c PID_81d7 (3 endpoints.)
20210309 165623+0300 W TokenDetector No reader driver available for vendor.

___________
The RuToken driver is loaded into the console for UEFI, BIOS. The RuToken driver is also installed on windows.
What could be the problem?

I would engage with the TAC here.
My guess is we need to integrate the relevant driver into the preboot environment.
