Temporarily stop the Harmony endpoint agent on one device

Hello,

Due to some issues with a specific program - the costumer asks me to stop temporarily the agent on only one device.

To prove that the issue is not device related.

I believe you can do this via the harmony endpoint portal itself. I dont work with it much, but have access for one customer, so can log in and check.

You may need to confirm with TAC 100%, but I see there is an option under asset management on the left, you can find the computer in ?, then right click on it and terminate option is there. I believe thats what you need, but better be absolutely sure.

Andy, thanks for your reply and suggestion.

But using the "Terminate" option as you described is permanently and can not be undone .....
