We have successfully installed Client 86.60 on our system, and it is now time to upgrade to version 87.10. We are aware that you have experienced some issues with the upgrade process and we want to help you resolve them quickly.

Sorry, but i miss your point completely ! What is this question all about ? Who has experienced some issues with the upgrade process and who wants to help them why ?

But what is the issue here ? Upgrade is scheduled, and what ? How many clients have the  issue ? Which Win version is used ? CP still has version E86.80.0109 listed as recommended, why do you need E87.10 ?
