Same problem here. Windows 11 Pro. Logs attached.

Same issue as above.  Been through the log.  Clear as mud.

 

Smart Apps is turned off.  Any help is appreciated.

 

Attched file renamed to .log.txt since it wouldn't allow me to upload a .log file.
