Policies not update on client agent

i send the new policy but this never update the agent client in the some computers,
i push operations but not work, given me a message "Failed to connect to remote device" and dont let me unistall the client agent because the media encryption is activate but cant send the policie.

Are you managing via Infinity Portal or via an on-premise management (and if so, what version/JHF)?
Where exactly are you seeing this message?
And yes, you need to uninstall Full Disk Encryption before you uninstall.
Also what client version(s)?
