HARMONY ENDPOINT EXTENSION FOR FIREFOX

Hello,

We face a problem with Harmony Endpoint extension on Firefox.

The extension shows the message "Can't read and change data on this site" (screenshot attached). As a result downloaded files from Firefox are not scanned through Sandbox.

Based on sk180810 browser's extension version  must be 990.98.543 (or higher I guess). Our deployed version is  990.98.707.

On admin guide, web & files protection section, there is the below 

"Starting from the Harmony Endpoint Security client E87.10, the extension is pinned to the browser by default for users"

In our case, with E87.31 clients deployed, it is not working with Firefox.

Is it ONLY firefox browser? If so, does it happen in incognito mode?

Yes only with Firefox. In incognito windows it is disabled in every browser I have seen (Edge,Chrome,Firefox) and must be enabled manually from browser's settings or through group policy.

I agree with Chris, I would contact TAC. Trust me, every time when it comes to similar issues with any other vendor, we usually have to contact support. These issues are never easy to troubleshoot.
