FDE - Remote Help button not working

Hi all
 
This weekend, it appears that CheckPoint Full Disk Encryption has been enabled automatically on our policy.

One of our Windows 10 machines is now stuck on the preboot window. We are able to type a username and password in, however they don’t work. I’ve tried to use the Remote Help, but nothing happens when we click ‘Remote Help’ in the bottom right corner. How can we resolve this?
