Error: "The detection was not found in the Forensics DB check point"

I have the following error when trying to verify a forensics report in the logs.

Could you tell me if this is a common mistake? Or an error that should be made a small adjustment? Or should I involve the TAC?

From what I can tell, this message may occur when the actual verdict ends up being benign.
If you think otherwise, you would need to open a TAC case.
