Look into $UEPMDIR/logs on Policy Servers. Repeat Database Install on them and reboot. I assume you did configure it from here: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R81.20/SmartEndpoint_OLH/EN/Content/Topics-EPSG-R81.20/Installi...
