End point not running 86.40 + Windows Server 2012

Hello guys,

I have the following situation, we are updating the endpoint to 86.40, but in some windows server 2012 R2 the alert is shown as shown in the image below.

S.O information windows server 2012 R2 x64 net structure 4.7 c++ visual studio On other servers with the same configuration it is working, I already looked for SK and I couldn't.
