We are trying to access my mobile hotspot to my laptop and we are able to access all block URLs.

We have blocked the application in the harmony connect but we are trying to access my mobile hotspot to my laptop and we are able to access all block URLs. 
 
We are working fine. My local internet applications are blocked by a checkpoint.
