Failed to log in to Harmony Connect

Hello everyone,

 

I hope you're all doing well.

I'm facing an issue while trying to log in to Harmony Connect. After scanning the QR code and entering the code generated by Google Authenticator, when I click on "Next", nothing happens.

I would like to know where I should obtain this code from?

Thats usually generated by the system itself. Are others having same problem? If so, you may want to check with TAC.

I would say do that, as I never had such a problem, so its entirely possible given the fact other people have this issue, its something on back end.
