Site blocked by Inactive Sites rule

Hi,

We own a site which is being blocked by a clients "Inactive Sites" rule. I have looked for information on what this means and why our site would be blocked under this rule but I have not found any information. Could anyone expand on what this means and how we can prevent our site for being blocked? I understand the client can probably change their ruleset, however that would not fix the problem for other companies who use this product and want to access our site.

Thanks

The description for Inactive Sites says: "Sites that are inactive, typically reserved for later use. They most often do not contain their own content, may simply say 'under construction', 'purchase this domain', or display advertisements."
To solve this problem, both locally (for the customer) and globally (for everyone else), refer to: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk98489

You can always add an exception for that site above the one that blocks it.
