ID of file to test the Download API

I'm trying to connect to the "Download API" but I don't have an ID of the file to download, so I tried to use the same ID that there is in the pdf guide, I also tried use the query API to get the ID ,but I'm always getting an "404 response" from the server, can I get some file ID of some .txt file for making some tests to check if the download works?

I succeeded, After I uploaded some file I got his Id from server's reply
