Can anyone let me know the procedure to configure MFA for email.
I have followed the admin guide anyhow it doesn't work.
Do i need to configure a policy for MFA to send OTP through email.
Does the relevant user record have an email address defined in the "Mobile" field?
Nope, where we have to define the email ? But I guess it has to take the email from AD.
At least in the implementation of this I've seen, it was defined in the AD record for the user under the "Mobile" number (which is clearly a bit of a misnomer in this case).
