I can export 1 month logs and import it into a new management and smart event in demo mode?
Would this affect issues of my license?

The import would be to a new smart event r80.1 (the same version of the management that has processing and memory problems with Smart event active...and currently inactive in this management.).
This would be a new license to be able to load the logs in the new smart event?
Yes, you will need a license to run SmartEvent on a separate appliance/VM.
