We have a issue with installing the SMP 12.30. We followed the installation instructions and during the installation we get the following error:
This was caused by the firewall, he blocked some traffic and we solved this.
When we try to reinstall the SMP portal we have a new error because the old installation procedure left some shit. Check the error:
Is somebody familiar with this and give us some support? Cause the support desk of CheckPoint is in maintenance :-(
SMP related questions should be posted in the SMB and SMP space.
I'm guessing Active Directory will probably need to be reinstalled (or the database somehow cleaned up).
I recommend opening a TAC case on this.
