Copy files management server

Hello All,

I need to copy (or open) a pdf file from management server to see the content of the file, I know this might be an easy one, but could anyone give me some advice?

WinSCP to the management server to copy the file to your local system and open it?

I tried that but for some reason winscp cannot access the directory in

question. Maybe permissions...
