authentication timeout (waiting for server)

clients cant log in Capsule workspace. The logs show: "authentication timeout (waiting for server)"
was working well before, I just imported a self signed certificate in: mobile access pane> portal settings (sk113936)

platform in r80.10

has anyone some idea?

I very appreciate your help
