These points 1-3 look like you do not have access to the client GUI ? Nr 4 sounds like you have many support cases with the RA VPN clients. So you better should open a TAC ticket if this is important and used so much !
Hi Joerg Catregn ; trac.config can still be OBSCUREd or not using this procedure (modifying trac,.defaults as an administrator, when trac.exe has been stopped just before and restarted after updating value - I'm using E80.82).
Can you share your error message or screenshots?
I found the error, the format of the file trac.defaults was wrong. i have edited the file with notepad2, now i've used ultraedit and it works as expected. thank you very much for your help.
