How do I resolve this warning in Device & License Information?
Issue cpstat cpsead on smart event and find what is the problematic log server , in my experience most of the time restarting event services resolve the issue but it may be different on your case
I think the smart event log server IP address is set incorrectly, how do I change it?
- Essentially you need to make sure that Smart Management Server can "talk" to the Smart Event Server. When you can see that they both can communicate to each other. When you can confirm that, restart the Smart Event server, make sure the connection stays stable and then check the Smart Event is receiving logs.
