I am running R77.30 on my Checkpoint cluster and am having issues with RealPresence Desktop XMPP Service not registered from the outside ONLY. I have tried every rule I can think of to fix this issue and nothing has worked. Any ideas???

I am having issues coming from the outside, in with RealPresence Desktop error "XMPP Service not registered" which in turn will not allow the User's presence to be known nor can I retrieve my directory. It works fine internally. I have tried everything I know and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I recommend to this via SmartLog and fw monitor.

Where are you seeing this error?  In the firewall logs?  On the desktop?
