CPU Fan high rpm

Hi,

I've got a small 2200 appliance which returns from (not constantly) from sensor a high rpm speed on CPU Fan (10546rpm). Usually is at 5273 rpm.

Anyone knows the reason ? May be something on the hardware side ? Dust, heavy things placed on the appliance, etc. ?
