IPS,AV,AB getting intermittently updated.

I have direct internet connectivity to smart console as well as to manager.

 

IPS,AV,AB not getting updated in R80.10 Console. Sometimes it gets updated, sometimes not. It shows error Update failed.  Could not reach "dl3.checkpoint.com". Check proxy configuration on the gateway.

 

Have also opened TAC case with Checkpoint for this. They said that, offline update is the only way.
