Endpoint Orgazation Scanner issue

I have an issue where the Organization Scanner is stuck at About 1 hours ago under Last Scan even though we have the Scan Interval set for 5 minutes.

I have tried to do a Rescan but even though it looks to have done the scan properly it still isn't updating the Last Scan, has anyone had this issue?
