Modifying an Admin User in Smart Dashboard

Our team has taken over the management of Checkpoint after the previous admin left. We are running R77.30 and are trying to modify one of our team members so he is a "full admin" in order to push policy to the gateways. There is a template applied to his user that I am unable to modify as it is greyed out. How can this be changed?
