Connect to Capsule VPN Before Windows Login

I'm trying out Capsule VPN for Windows 10 for the first time. I'm wondering if there is a way to connect to Capsule at the Windows login screen. This way Capsule is connected before a user logs into Windows. Similar to that of "Secure Domain Logon" in the Check Point Mobile for Windows client.

For the Check Point Mobile client, we install specific DLLs that allow this.

With Capsule, I believe we are just using the VPN capability built into Windows.

That, to the best of my knowledge, does not offer this capability.
