UserCenter Change to Sales Force

Hi, 


We are facing the issue that some of our tickets are missing in UserCenter since the Change to Sales Force was implemented,  Is this still work in progress on Checkpoint Side or should we open a TAC case? 

Does any one have the same issues?

As far as I can see, you are not alone. Check Point team is working around the clock trying to fix it
