When you enable HTTPS inspection, gmail does not work. When you open it in Chrome, a gray screen appears. If you disable the HTTPS inspection everything is working correctly.
That is true, see sk136272: After upgrade to R80.10, unable to compose email in Gmail when https inspection and IPS are enabled for a solution !
Isn't the CVE-2013-0025 only applicable to Internet Explorer? I am doing a test here with Chrome and R80.10 HTTPS Inspection is not nagging me...
not helped. The problem is only in Chrome.
Also not by creating https bypass for URL https://mail.google.com/..... ?
What gateway version are you on?
Does it work for other browsers?
What do you see in the logs from this client when the behavior is observed?
I would engage the TAC so we can properly troubleshoot.
In other browsers everything works correctly.
in logs nothing is blocked.
Sounds like an issue in Chrome itself. Perhaps a faulty plugin. Recently installed new plugins or updates within Chrome?
Google Chrome sandoxing is by-default dropped not by the IPS but by inspection engine. I have had the same and when made myself a Chromium instead - all started to work. Indeed it is a Chrome to blame not anything on CP R80.10.
Please try Chromium or make a "fresh" Chrome install with no sign-in to Google Account and try agian. Hope it helps if not - indeed as boss suggested please DO engage TAC,. I'm keen to get this sorted as well as it is one of the crucial parts of the intercepting Google's Cluod communication chain
We have configured a new rule in Https Inspection to bypass the website - Gmail.
After the changes , the website worked as expected
