Well this is a question that is quite strange, but if you mean can a R80.10 SMS manage R77.30 gateways running SPLAT and/or a cluster running IPSO with VRRP? The answer would be Yes. The R80.10 SMS is backwards compatible to R75.20 and up and gateways running IPSO 6.2 with a CP version R75.20 and above.
