Hi,
I can't stress this enough but Check Point support is pretty useless in resolving my problem. I am facing the problem that my certification (after a full month and several emails being written to certification@checkpoint.com according to Vue information) my certificate is still not attached to my usercenter account.
Is there anyone from the certification/training department that can look into this as this is getting ridiculous to wait one month for the certificate to be attached to the usercenter account!!!
