Checkpoint certification

Hi to all,

I was certified CCSA R80 in 2018 so it expired in December 2020. Would it be possible to take the CCSE R80 exam or do I have to take the previous exam again?

thank very much

Hi Jason

I took my CCSA R80 in 06/2017, Would it be possible to take the CCSE R80 exam or do I have to take the CCSA again?

Thanks a Lot

Sorry Jason , i saw that the official path to CCSE indicates that CCSA must be valid. I don't want to make a mistake, what is the official version of checkpoint?

If your CCSA is R80, like yours is, it is eligible for the CCSE exam.  However, it is not eligible for an extension by passing a ISA exam.  Sorry for the confusion.  The current CCSE is based on R80.40.

If you have any more questions please email me jtugwell@checkpoint.com

Thanks
