verifying software downloads with hashing

Hi Expert, 

 

Is there any command to verify our checkpoint software with hashing . We can do verification using CPUSE (is that verification with hashing). We are upgrading to R80.30 .

Hey Sjeel,

 

as far as I know, in R80.10, there are the following commands in Expert mode to check the checksum of a file: md5sum,  sha1sum, sha256sum, sha512sum.

Just md5 tab or sha tab and you will see the available commands.

Edit: The corresponding hashes, you can find on the official Download Page under "Details" -> "Show more details"
