Looks like R77.30 Dashboard - then the reason is that support for this version ends in about a week 🤣.

How many total gateways do you have under management on that SMS?  Please provide output of the cplic print command on your SMS (please obscure the certificate key), as perhaps you have reached the licensed limit for number of managed gateways specified by the SMS container?
