VSX - SmartView get no logs

Hi together,

 

we have a VSX environment with several instances. The SmartView get logs of all instances, except from one.

Log Indexing is enabled.

Do you have any suggestions?

Make sure you have installed database to your SmartLog server after creating this VS

database is installed, unfortunately the problem isnt solved. Do you have any ideas?

Suggest a TAC case.
But am curious: is the VS managed in a different domain, same domain as other VSes that are getting logs?
Version/JHF level is always relevant as well.

 @PhoneBoy  The VS is managed in the same domain as the other VSes. Version is R80.20 - JHF118

Does netstat show a connection between the VS and the management station?
Believe this should be on TCP port 256.
Still may need the TAC to understand why this is happening.

Have you installed the policy to the VSX gateway/cluster after creating the new VS?
