SmartConsole publish error

I just report this in case devs are interested to know it

I changed policy and tried to Publish them. Windows progress mouse icon started spinning and SmartConsole silently crashed. I started it again and tried to Discard the change. It would not say anything but not discard it either. Then I tried to publish again and this error appeared. 

I did one more change and tried to Publish and this time it worked and change was published.

Hello Ron,

This happened only once and is not reproducible so I decided there is not much sense to waste TAC's time. I posted it if R&D can "guess" what eventually went wrong. But if it happens second time I will surely open SR because then it will become a problem and not incident.

Unfortunately, this is one of those issues we'd need to gather some more data on to know the exact cause.
