SmartConsole R80.30 Installation stuck at 36% (Windows 10)

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling with the installation of SmartConsole R80.30.

I start the commandline with administrative rights and execute Check_Point_SmartConsole_R80_30_jumbo_HF_B20_Win.exe

The install directory does not exist and the installation starts but stops at 36%.

Does anyone experience the same issue?

Hi all,

 

installation was now successful.

Q: What did I do?
A: sk123152 (but with the .exe and not the .tgz)

It might be something interfering with the installation process. Try to boot in safe mode and see if it can be installed there.

Not had any issues installing that version of Console.

Sounds like an issue on the device that you're trying to install it on.  Anything in the Windows event logs to give you a clue?

Could run sfc /scannow on your machine to make sure that there's no corruption on the drive.
