SmartConsole Crashes when POLICY is installed

facing connectivity issues between  Checkpoint Smart console and the Management server.
 
After restarting the FWM services, able to notice slow connectivity

Hi

This might happen if the Install Policy cuts the connection between the SmartConsole and Security Management Server. Check the following;

  • If there were changes in implied rules that might effect this
  • If Anti-spoofing logs are generated for the SmartConsole connection that is dropped

Try installing the R80.20 Jumbo HotFix - Ongoing Take 173 (23 July 2020) +  SmartConsole (Build 116).

Any reason why it happens?

R80.20 Jumbo HotFix - Ongoing Take 173 (23 July 2020) +  SmartConsole (Build 116) - has it resolved the issue,is it bug?

Also please help me with the download links
