Create Site to Site VPN's using IP not on INTERFACE?

Does anyone know if it is possible to choose an IP address to handle VPN connections inbound?  I do NOT want to use the address of the Interface.  I want to use another external IP.  Thanks.

Refer to the VPN Site to Site docs for an option called Link Selection: Site to Site VPN R80.10 - Part of Check Point Infinity

If you have another device that performs NAT to public IPs:

This could be a non-local IP.
