Can I downgrade R80.10 to R77.30

Hello experts.  I've seen this thread (downgrade R80.10 to r77.30), however my scenario is slightly different.  I want to downgrade R80.10 to R77.30 so that I can use SmartOptimize to optimize and consolidate a large rule base for my customer.

The rules and objects were imported from Cisco straight to R80.10 so there is no snapshot or migrate export from R77.30.

Any suggestions on rule base optimization/consolidation in R80.10 or is it possible to downgrade so that I can use SmartOptimize?

SmartOptimize is a service provided by Check Point Professional Services.

Just buy that service for your R80.10 installation and you are all set. There is no way to downgrade a R80.10 policy, optimize it and then upgrade again.

As far as I know there is no possibility to downgrade R80.10 mgmt server. Why do you want to downgrade it? Does smart optimize only support R77.30 version ?

SmartOptimize is a service offering.

There is a SmartOptimize tool, but it is internal and specifically only for Professional Services.
