fw monitor -pi <position before ipopt_strip> - No room for inbound module

Can somebody give a comprehensive explanation for this?

I understand there were changes in R80.20 with SecureXL and the Kernel and it is about sync optimisation.

fw monitor -F is also understood to be an option.

Looking for an explanation to get a better understanding of this behaviour and the reason behind it, meaning a little more under-the-hood understanding.
