VSX kernel 3.10 slow rebuild times, R80.30

I have started lab upgrade testing to 26000 appliances and can't stop noticing how much "slower" all VSX related processes are:

  • reset_gw 
  • vsx_util reconfigure
  • just regular boot and shutdown

It seems to take way longer (20mins vs <5mins) for each procedure compare to the same version of R80.30, 2.6 kernel for example on 23800

Has anyone else noticed that? It would greatly affect disaster recovery times going from sub half an hour to well over an hour in our env with 20 VSes
