Site to site VPN with two external links

Hi,

 

We had a requirement of having two External interface both static IP and both for Site to site VPN. First External link is to connect third party Site to Site VPN and the second link is to connect to DR Checkpoint Firewall through site to site  VPN managed by the same Management server. The second link is using as a PBR too. Can we achieve this.
