MTA not working

This is R80.30 take 217, I configured Sandblast network with NGTX license. We have changed MX record to GW IP, when I try to send mails with attachment user can receive the mail but blade: MTA is not showing any logs. So I need to know how to troubleshoot this issue.

postfix service is running but I need troubleshooting advise, since SMTP traffic is passing through firewall but not inspected by MTA blade

maybee you're configured IP for the mx-record is catched by a NAT-rule?

For troubleshooting you can filter for "MTA" in the Smartlog and you can have a look at $FWDIR/log/mtad.elg*

Some more information about your configuration would be helpful.

@acewolf exactly, there is a NAT rule which is already in placed to forward smtp traffic to mail server.
