I am facing problem "An internal error has occur" during installation of policy

Hello Sir ,During installation of policy  i am facing this problem "An internal error has occur" I have use R81.20 t627 GAIA  image and smart SmartConsole 81.20.9700.633

Reboot the management server and the client, try again. If error persists, open a TAC request.

please check disk space on the Mgmt server, mostly you out of disk space there.

I face the same issue first i think this is for the firewall but after the off firewall it also showed " server error " can you please tell me what should I do in this case thank you.

First, I would verify SIC works on the fw object in smart console. If yes, that means communication is there with the mgmt server. That would logically lead me to conclude its something sms related, so you might as well reboot the management server, as it does not cause any downtime.

IF, however, there is an issue with SIC on the firewall, you need to figure out why...does ping work, where does traceroute fail? What does tcpdump show, is routing in place etc...
